Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation is the only family-owned health care provider of rehabilitation therapy and skilled nursing home services in Catawba County, NC. We are not part of a large chain with corporate offices a hundred miles away. Family ownership sets us apart and promotes a more homelike atmosphere, seen not only in our physical environment but also in our qualified and caring staff. Our beautiful 90-bed facility was built in 2002 and is located in the foothills of North Carolina in the town of Conover, just outside Hickory, NC

We are excited to announce that we are having a prom! The residents are even more excited and can’t wait to share this fun evening with their loved ones! Attire will be semi-formal. We do have some dresses that have been donated, if your planning on attending and have an outfit for your family member or have dresses or dress clothes for men to donate please reach out to Amber and Rhonda in the activity department.
