Conover Nursing and Rehabilitation is the only family-owned health care provider of rehabilitation therapy and skilled nursing home services in Catawba County, NC. We are not part of a large chain with corporate offices a hundred miles away. Family ownership sets us apart and promotes a more homelike atmosphere, seen not only in our physical environment but also in our qualified and caring staff. Our beautiful 90-bed facility was built in 2002 and is located in the foothills of North Carolina in the town of Conover, just outside Hickory, NC

This week in Activities at CNRC has been full of sweet celebrations and smiles!
We kicked things off by celebrating Fat Tuesday with a homemade King Cake, complete with the hidden baby. The excitement, laughter, & friendly competition made it a fun & memorable day for everyone.
We also honored National Cherry Pie Day with a delicious homemade cherry crumble pie. Our residents' bellies were filled & their hearts were happy as they enjoyed every bite. Moments like these remind us how food, tradition, & togetherness create the sweetest memories.
